Healthy Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 tbs brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Add sweet potatoes and cook for 20-25 minutes until tender.
- Drain sweet potatoes; add brown sugar and cinnamon powder.
- Mash until smooth.

Enjoy.

  2. Mmm... I love boiled or steamed potatoes, haven't tried mashed yet. No need extra work, just peel off the skin and pop into the mouth!
