Grilled Satay Chicken

Prep Time: 50 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes

 2 pcs chicken breast or 4 pcs chicken thigh cut into small pieces
 1/2 tbsp sugar
 1/2 tbsp salt
 2 tbsp satay paste
 2 tbsp oil

- Preheat a grill
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Put in a fridge at least 30 mins
- Then Skewer marinated chicken
Place chicken on the grill, 4-6 minutes per side
- Serve with warm satay paste
