Healthy Baked Sweet Potato Fries

      

















     Prep time: 10 minutes
    
Cook time: 30 minutes
    
    Ingredients:

    3 sweet potatoes (cut into wedges)
    1/4 cup olive or other vegetable oil
    1-2 tbsp sugar
    1 tbsp salt
    1-2 tbsp spice or
    non spice combination
    of your choice

    **Cajun seasoning
       Chipotle powder
       Cinnamon
       Garlic powder  etc
    
- Preheat oven to 300/350F
- In a bowl, toss together all ingredients until sweet potatoes are evenly coated with oil
  and spices
- Place sweet potatoes on a baking tray and bake for about 30 minutes, or until done
