Ingredients:
120 ml milk
2 whole eggs
4 tsp sugar
hot water
2 whole eggs

*Caramel:
100 gm caster sugar
50 ml water
- Preheat oven to 160C/320F
- Whisk the whole eggs, sugar and milk. Set aside
- Pour caramel into 2 individual ~150ml ramekins
- Then Pour egg mixture
- Prepare a baking tray with hot water (not boiling)
- Baked in the preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until the custard is set
- Remove from oven. Cover and chill in fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
*Caramel:
Put water, followed by sugar in a small saucepan over low heat.
Lightly swirl the saucepan to help combine the water and sugar.
Continue to cook until the sugar dissolves.
Once it boils, no stirring,
and continue to cook until golden-brown.
(Beware that the sugar mixture is extremely hot. Just cook until you see the color is
changed to be a bit lighter, then immediately remove from heat)
